Challenge groups are an organized event where a group of people "get together" via a private, online group to help each other work through and stay dedicated to their workout program. There are daily assignments, which can range from anything to fun selfies to nutrition, personal development to BONUS fitness challenges...the list is truly endless. Additionally, we'll all check in with our workout that day! It's a great forum that gives you the accountability of working out with a workout group or a gym buddy, but without having to go to the gym or coordinate your schedule with someone else!

Challenge groups are run ONCE PER MONTH, and start on either the first or second MONDAY of the month. Challenge groups are 21 or 30 days long!

And we don't just focus on physical transformations! Fitness and heath are great, but they only get your so far! If you're going to have long-term success, you need to build yourself mentally and emotionally as well! You will need to be open to coming to terms with what's been holding you back and be willing to grow beyond your own limitations!

If you do have a coach, you have TWO options!

  1. Reach out to your current coach and see if they run their own challenge groups! Many of them do, so just reach out and ask!
  2. If you are not working with your coach and you would like switch, you can totally do that! But you will need to let me know so that I can direct you how do that! Just message me and let me know!
Challenge Groups are free! I do not charge anything extra for you to participate. But I do require the following...

  1. You must be doing a Beachbody at-home fitness program. If you already own one, that's great! If you do not, then I can totally work with you! We'll find the perfect one that fits both your lifestyle and your goals! (If you need to purchase a program, also ask me how you can save between 25-30% off your order by ordering your program and Shakeology together!)
  2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 days and follow my nutrition guide! This is going to ensure that you get the best results possible! DIET is a HUGE part of this and there will be a major emphasis on nutrition and changing your eating habits during the challenge!
  3. You must be open minded, willing to post, share & participate! This challenge is not only a commit to yourself, but to the other participants in the group and to me that you will participate and support us all! We have daily assignments and check-ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles, grow, and change your lifestyle!
I have been a yo-yo dieter! I have tried many different workouts and diets! But THIS IS NOT A DIET! This is a lifestyle change and a lifestyle journey! If you are trying to make drastic changes in your life RIGHT NOW, then THIS is the challenge for you!!
